Our client, a leading player in the field of smart solutions Energy, is looking for a talented Senior Software and DevOps Engineer to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities:
As a Software and DevOps Engineer, you will:
·Design, develop, and review high-quality code for the service-oriented backend
·Maintain and enhance the infrastructure of the platform for connected assets (cloud + edge)
·Ensure the reliability of existing and new assets while maximising value for customers
·Contribute to optimising existing decision algorithms and implementing new ML-based solutions
Required Skills:
Our client is seeking candidates with:
·Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
·3+ years of experience in backend software development, preferably with Python or Golang
·1+ year of experience in DevOps techniques or a strong willingness to learn on the job
·Proficiency in standard CI/CD tools such as Docker, pipelines, and monitoring stacks (e.g., Prometheus+Grafana)
·Previous experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
·Autonomy, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills
·Prior professional experience in fast-paced startup environments
Nice to Have:
Experience with:
·Real-time and highly available systems, including stream processing
·Machine learning, especially in time-series analysis and processing
·Common IoT and industrial protocols such as Modbus and MQTT
·Infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi
